Email activity, such as delivery status, opens, clicks, unsubscribes, or spam complaints, may also be recorded so the list can be managed responsibly.

You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in promotional emails. Unsubscribing stops future marketing messages, although limited records may be retained when needed to document the opt-out or comply with law.

4. Affiliate Links and Promotional Tracking

Some TopTier Promo emails and pages may contain affiliate or referral links. If you click one of these links, the merchant, affiliate network, or tracking provider may place cookies or use similar technologies to recognize that the visit came from TopTier Promo.

If you later purchase, register, apply, subscribe, or take another qualifying action, TopTier Promo may receive referral credit or compensation. Depending on the program, we may receive limited transaction or conversion information, such as the fact that a qualifying action occurred, the date, order value, or commission amount. We generally do not receive your full payment-card details from an affiliate transaction.
